Sunflare Solar was founded in Melton after watching a pattern repeat too many times. A homeowner signs with a company. A subcontractor they have never met shows up on installation day. That pattern is still common in the Australian solar industry. Solargain routes customers through a 190-staff national operation. SolarRed and 3P Solar both manage the customer relationship from a call centre while the installation is completed by a third party. What SAA Accreditation Actually Means — and Why It Is the Only Credential That Matters
SAA accreditation is issued by Solar Accreditation Australia, the peak body for solar installers in this country. To hold SAA accreditation, an installer must meet minimum training standards, hold a valid electrical licence, carry appropriate insurance, and comply with the Clean Energy Council’s installation guidelines.

The Panels, the Inverters, and Why Sunflare Installs Only Two of Each
Sunflare installs two panel brands: JinKO Solar N-Type TOPCon and Q CELLS. Both are tier-one manufacturers. Both carry 25-year linear performance warranties. Both have documented Australian warranty claims processes.
JinKO Solar is the world’s largest solar panel manufacturer by volume shipped. N-Type TOPCon cells generate usable power earlier in the morning and later in the afternoon, and degrade more slowly over time than standard PERC panels. Sunflare specifies JinKO as the default recommendation for north-facing Victorian roofs.
Q CELLS performs well on roofs with east or west deviation from true north and in higher-shading conditions. Where a roof cannot be served optimally by JinKO, Q CELLS goes on.
For inverters, Sunflare installs Sungrow as the primary brand and Growatt as the alternative depending on roof configuration and system size. Both carry 10-year warranties. Both have Australian service centres for warranty claims.
Sunflare does not install panels or inverters outside these four brands for residential systems. The reason is simple: when something needs fixing in year four, Sunflare can manage the warranty claim with the manufacturer directly. With brands outside this list, that process becomes unreliable for the customer.
